Legitimate defects
Wrong fabric, wrong colour, wrong design, measurements incorrect through tailor error, poor workmanship, material defects, missing components, or significant deviation from the approved specification. These qualify for remedy — correction, partial refund or full refund depending on severity.
Change of mind
No longer liking an approved design, changing a colour preference, a cancelled event, wanting a different style, or supplying incorrect measurements. These are handled through the change order system and do not automatically qualify for a full refund.
