Hub staff photograph and inspect each garment against the DesignLock™ specification before export. Declared value cover is recorded on the shipment, and the inspection record joins the evidence file used to settle any dispute.
Destination duties and taxes are payable by the recipient. Cover excludes delays caused by customs inspection, incorrect addresses supplied by the recipient, and prohibited items. Carrier tracking feeds are not yet automated — hub and atelier teams update tracking manually.
